T World ICT’s response to Coronavirus

While the impact of Coronavirus COVID-19 continues to evolve and our lives and work structures change daily, rest assured that T World ICT is doing all we can to support you, while keeping our staff, contractors and community as safe as possible.

All services are continuing

All our services are still available at present and we will continue with a ‘business as usual’ approach, with extra health precautions, for as long as the government’s regulations surrounding this pandemic allows.

How we’re working

In order to deliver our services in a safe way, minimising the risk of spreading Coronavirus, we have 80% of all staff working from home, which includes our entire service team. The staff who remain in the offices are regularly cleaning/sanitising their workspaces and practicing social distancing.

Video conferencing

To keep our staff connected, we are all utilising the video conferencing program ‘Lifesize’ to ensure communication and productivity is maintained while the majority of our team works remotely.

To assist our valued clients to work effectively with a remote workforce at this unprecedented time of change, we are offering 6 months free subscription to Lifesize.

Phone repair postage service

For phone repairs, we are offering an additional service for those presenting with cold/flu-like symptoms, a coronavirus diagnosis or a quarantine order; call us and we can coordinate free postage to and from our repair centre to help you get your phone repaired quickly without having to leave home.
